Trial Molding & QA

Trial molding on our floor, verification against a written protocol.

Specifications are easy to print. This page summarises how MoldStream equipment earns its numbers before a machine, an auxiliary or a hot runner system reaches your floor.

Trial molding on our floor

Customer molds run on the quoted machine class in our trial molding area before dispatch. Settings are developed and documented, parts are measured against the drawing, and the machine ships with the process sheet that produced the approved samples — first production day starts from a known-good recipe, not from zero.

A protocol, not a demonstration

Each machine model passes a written verification protocol: platen parallelism measured and recorded, clamping force verified against the rating, injection repeatability checked across a defined series, safety circuits tested item by item, and an open-issues list that must close before series release.

What every unit passes

  • Function run of every movement and safety circuit before crating.
  • Hydraulic and water circuits pressure-tested and verified leak-free.
  • Electrical inspection against the wiring diagram, with test record.
  • Guarding and safety label audit against the machine safety file.

Documented and traceable

Every machine leaves with its inspection record, settings sheet and serial-numbered documentation package. Records stay retrievable by serial number for the machine’s working life. Ask for a sample inspection record with your inquiry.
