The MS-450T uses a two-platen clamping layout that shortens the machine footprint noticeably against a comparable toggle design — clamping force is generated close to the mold, and the saved length becomes usable floor space in the hall.
Four independent clamping cylinders keep force distribution even on large molds, and generous tie-bar spacing accepts bulky tooling with room for core pulls and hot runner wiring. The servo-hydraulic drive holds pressure phases precisely and powers down between movements.
Machines are delivered with a documented water, air and power hookup plan, and commissioning includes a supervised first molding run on the customer mold.
