The MS-CA20 supplies chilled process water for mold cooling without needing a cooling tower or external water circuit — heat leaves through the top-blown air-cooled condenser, which keeps installation simple and water treatment out of the picture.
The scroll compressor and electronic expansion valve hold supply temperature steady as the load swings between mold changes, and the insulated tank rides through short demand peaks. Flow and return temperatures display side by side, so a cooling problem in the mold shows up at the chiller first.
The cabinet breathes front-to-top, so units can stand against a wall or in a row without starving the condenser.
