The MS-HR4 is a four-drop hot runner manifold system engineered per application: flow channels are balanced for the resin and shot weight, nozzle types matched to the gate location, and heater zones laid out so the melt arrives at every gate at the same temperature.
Manifolds are machined from certified tool steel with internally radiused channel junctions — no dead corners where material can hang up and degrade during color changes. Every system ships with its wiring diagram, zone map and spare heater and thermocouple list.
Systems are supplied fully assembled and flow-tested on request, ready to drop into the mold plate stack with documented stack heights.
