The MS-MB60 mold base arrives machined, squared and documented: plate parallelism and guide bore positions are measured on a coordinate measuring machine and recorded in the delivered inspection sheet, so the tool shop starts from known geometry instead of re-checking every plate.
Cooling channels are drilled to the agreed layout with pressure-tested plugs, and guide pillars and bushes are fitted as a matched, numbered set. Steel grades and heat treatment states are certified per plate.
Bases are quoted from the standard size range or machined to the mold designer’s stack drawing — either way, the documentation package is the same.
