The MS-SP1 does one job with complete reliability: swing in, grip the sprue, swing out and drop it to the granulator or bin — every cycle, without an operator reaching into the mold area.
The pneumatic arm adjusts for reach and drop position with clamped stops, and the gripper accepts standard inserts for different sprue geometries. Setup for a new mold is a matter of minutes with two hand tools.
For cells not ready for a full take-out robot, the picker delivers the biggest safety and consistency gain per unit of invested budget, and it prepares the machine interface for later automation steps.
