Which pack should I start with?
The Ridgeline 24L is the house signature and the safest first pack – commuter-sized with room for a gym kit. If you carry less, the Fieldnote 18L disappears on the shoulders; if you travel weekly, go straight to the Skyline 38L.
Are the bags waterproof?
Our coated and waxed canvas sheds rain and shrugs off drizzle, and seams are taped where it matters. We call that weather-ready rather than waterproof: a commute in the rain is fine, a river crossing is not the design brief.
How do I care for waxed canvas?
Brush off dry dirt, wipe with a damp cloth, and re-wax high-wear corners once a season with the Canvas Care Kit. Never machine-wash a waxed bag – it strips the finish.
Will the leather trim darken?
Yes, and that is the point. Vegetable-tanned style leather starts matte and pale, then deepens to honey with handling and sun. Condition it twice a year and it outlasts the fabric around it.
How fast is shipping?
Orders ship within 2 business days on tracked services. Orders over $75 ship free.
Can I return a bag?
Unused bags with tags return freely within 30 days. If a strap, seam or zip fails in normal use, write to us with a photo – we repair or replace first and ask questions later.
