Orders dispatch within 2 business days on tracked services. Orders over $75 ship free; smaller orders ship at a flat rate shown at checkout. Bags travel stuffed with paper so they arrive holding their shape – no plastic fill.

Returns
Unused items in original condition with tags return freely within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
Repairs first
If a seam, strap or zip fails in normal use, photograph it and write to hello@example.com. We repair or replace at our cost – and we would genuinely rather repair.
Damaged in transit
Photograph the box and product within 7 days and write to us – replacements ship immediately while we handle the carrier claim.
