The Sort Kit is what makes one-bag travel actually work: three zippered cubes in graduated sizes that stack into every Kestrel pack and most bags that are not ours. Shirts fold into the large, smalls fill the medium, and cables stop breeding in the small.
Mesh tops show contents at a glance and let fabric breathe; double sliders open from either corner. When you arrive, cubes go straight into the hotel drawer – unpacking done in one movement.
