How do I pick the right collar size?
Measure the neck with a soft tape where the collar naturally sits, add two fingers of slack, and match that number to the size chart on each product page. Between sizes, size up – every collar adjusts down.
Are your toys safe for heavy chewers?
Our rope and rubber toys are built for enthusiastic play, but no toy is indestructible. Supervise play, remove damaged toys, and pick the size that cannot be swallowed whole.
How fast is shipping?
Orders ship within 2 business days on tracked services. Orders over $49 ship free.
Can I return something my pet has used?
Unused items return freely within 30 days. If something failed in normal use, that is a warranty conversation – write to us with photos and we will sort it quickly.
Do you stock spare parts?
Yes – spare buckles, bed covers, sisal posts and bottle valves are stocked for every current model. Most spares install at home in minutes.
Do the beds fit in a washing machine?
Every bed cover unzips and washes at 30C in a standard drum. The fill goes in a duvet bag on gentle if it ever needs a full refresh.
