Every Wagward product survives months with our own pets before you ever see it. This is what happens between a sample arriving and a listing going live.
Home tested first
Beds get slept on, collars get walked, toys get gloriously mistreated. Gear that only looks good in photos does not make the catalogue.
Stitching over glue
Wherever a product can be sewn, bolted or knotted instead of glued, we sew, bolt and knot. Stitches can be repaired; glue just waits to let go.
The washing machine test
Anything fabric goes through thirty wash cycles before launch. If the colour runs, the shape slumps or the zip sticks, it goes back to the drawing board.
Repair before replace
We stock spare buckles, bed covers, sisal posts and bottle valves so a broken part is a small parcel, not a new purchase. Gear that cannot be repaired does not get shelf space.
