Returns
Unused products in original packaging return freely within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
Damaged in transit
Photograph the box and product within 7 days and write to hello@example.com – replacements ship immediately while we handle the carrier claim.
Warranty claims
Collars and leashes carry a 2-year warranty; other products are covered per their product pages. Start a claim with your order number and photos – most are resolved with a spare part in the mail.
