Description
The knife drawer is where edges go to die – blades knocking together every time it opens. A magnetic strip fixes that completely: each knife hangs alone, bone dry, visible at a glance, and the wood face means the blade lands on walnut rather than bare magnet, which is kinder to both edge and finish.
The magnets are strong enough to hold our heaviest chef knife flat with no sag, and the 450 mm length carries five to six knives comfortably. Mounts with two screws into studs or anchors – hardware and a paper template included. Place it at eye level away from the hob and it becomes the most-used forty-five centimetres in the kitchen.
