Product use
Our products are supplied for domestic kitchen use. Knives are sharpened before dispatch and are genuinely sharp: unpack them by the handle, cut away from yourself, and store them guarded, on a strip or in a block, always away from children. Follow the care notes on each product page; wooden items and water stones have their own simple routines.
