Orders dispatch within 2 business days on tracked services. Orders over $75 ship free; smaller orders ship at a flat rate shown at checkout. Every blade travels sheathed in a guard inside a double-walled box – edges arrive exactly as they left the bench.

Returns
Unused items in original condition and packaging return freely within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. For safety reasons a used blade cannot be restocked – but if a knife disappoints you in use, write to us anyway and we will make it right.
Sharpening & warranty
Every knife we sell includes lifetime mail-in sharpening at cost. If a blade or handle fails in normal kitchen use, photograph it and write to hello@example.com – we repair or replace first and ask questions later.
Damaged in transit
Photograph the box and contents within 7 days and write to us – replacements ship immediately while we handle the carrier claim.
