Voltform Battery Equipment builds sorting and grading machines, tab welders, stackers, pack assembly stations, test cabinets, aging racks, sealing presses, thermal assembly cells and the conveyors and AGVs that tie a line together. Mechanical design sits two doors from the wiring bay and three from the commissioning floor, so a fixture question gets answered the same afternoon it is asked.

How we are organised
- Application engineering: cell formats, module designs and takt targets reviewed on every quote — before any frame is welded.
- Manufacturing: machine frames, fixtures and control cabinets built in dedicated cells with in-process checks.
- Acceptance testing: every machine passes a staged runoff against the agreed acceptance criteria before dispatch.
- Support: installation, commissioning, operator training, spare parts from stock and remote diagnosis.
