A 21700 module leaves the stacker every 34 s, and every tab weld on it is logged against its own force and energy window.

Stations are welded and wired in the Granite Falls hall, then run at production takt in the commissioning bay next door for 96 h before anything is crated. FAT is witnessed here with your cells, SAT on your floor, and our engineers stay through operator training.

Fixtures are cut to the can dimensions and tab geometry on your print, not to a catalogue format.

Runoff before crating

Every station runs 96 h at takt in the commissioning bay, with the open-issue list closed on paper.

Weld and torque data kept

Force, energy and angle land in the log under the module ID, ready for a warranty question three years out.

Serviceable with plant tools

Sonotrodes, probes and anvils are catalogue parts with published change intervals.

Milestones

Cell drawings in, runoff witnessed, first shift covered

Each milestone carries a date on the order confirmation.

  1. Cell drawing and takt

    Can or pouch dimensions, tab geometry, module print and the parts per minute the station has to hold.

  2. Fixture and recipe study

    Gripper reach, datum scheme, weld schedule and probe layout come back as a drawing set with the price.

  3. Build and 96 h runoff

    Welded, wired, then run at takt in the commissioning bay until the issue list is empty.

  4. SAT and first shift

    Placement, utility checks, alignment, operator training and an engineer on the floor through the first shift.

Frames are welded and stress-relieved in bay 1, fixture plates ground and pinned in bay 2, cabinets wired and point-to-point checked in bay 3. Nothing waits on a subcontractor drawing revision.

The bay runs your cells where the project allows, at the takt the order confirmation states. Whatever recipe passes FAT ships as the delivered default, and the same numbered issue list carries into SAT.
