Designed with safety practices in mind
Battery assembly equipment handles stored energy, moving axes and, in some processes, laser light and test voltages. Our machines are designed with common safety practices in mind: guarded motion, interlocked access, supervised temperature zones and independent cutoffs where the process calls for them. The specific safety concept and certification scope for each machine is agreed per project with the customer’s standards team.
A protocol, not a demonstration
Each machine model passes a written verification protocol: structural checks on frames and fixtures, electrical safety verification of the control cabinet, functional runs of every axis and station, safety-function checks against the machine safety file and an open-issues list that must close before dispatch.
What every unit passes
- Frame and fixture inspection at defined checkpoints during build.
- Function run of every moving assembly before crating.
- Electrical and safety-circuit verification against the schematics.
- Staged runoff against the agreed acceptance criteria, witnessed on request.
Documented and traceable
Every machine leaves with its inspection record, settings sheets, schematics and a serial-numbered documentation set. Records stay retrievable by serial number for the machine’s working life. Ask for a sample acceptance record with your inquiry.
