The VF-AC1200 runs controlled charge and discharge cycles across its tray channels, conditioning cells and collecting per-channel capacity data for grading. Cells that behave differently get grouped differently — the cabinet turns aging time into usable sorting information.
Cycle programs define current profiles, voltage windows, rest periods and cutoff rules. Channel electronics regulate independently, so one channel’s cell does not shape its neighbour’s data. Tray slots accept format-specific carriers, and per-channel results export with tray and position references.
The cabinet is designed with common safety practices in mind, including temperature supervision per zone and independent hardware cutoffs in the delivered configuration.
