The VF-CS80 brings cell grading to pilot lines, laboratories and incoming inspection benches. Cells load in trays, a gantry pick module presents each cell to the measurement probes, and graded cells return to labelled tray positions according to the active recipe.
Because the station works tray-to-tray, it slots into manual workflows without conveyor infrastructure. Measurement parameters and grading bands are stored per cell type, and results export over the network interface for quality records.
Probe cassettes exchange without tools, keeping contact quality a maintenance item rather than a service call.
