The VF-HL700 moves modules and packs between assembly stations on a low, stable chassis with a powered roller deck. It docks at conveyor stations, transfers its load under handshake signals, and navigates shared aisles with people-aware safety scanners.
Routes and station maps configure through the fleet software, and the roller deck height matches standard station conveyors so transfer is a straight pass, not a lift. Charging is opportunity-based at dock points along the route.
The vehicle is designed with common safety practices in mind, with certified-class safety scanners, warning lights and audible signals in the delivered configuration.
