Overview

The VF-TS500 runs the electrical checks a module must pass before it ships: voltage, insulation resistance, connector continuity and communication with the module electronics where fitted. The probe fixture contacts all test points in one closure, and the sequence runs automatically to a pass/fail result with stored measurements.

Test plans are recipes: limits, sequence steps and measurement settings per module type. Results log to the network with the module identifier, so quality records build themselves during normal production.

The cabinet is designed with common safety practices in mind, with guarded probe motion and interlocked fixture access in the delivered configuration.
