What information do you need to size a motor?
Four things start every sizing: the load torque (or power), the speed range, the duty cycle and the environment. Add the supply voltage and mounting arrangement and the first proposal is usually final.
Can I run your motors on my existing drive?
Usually yes. Send the drive model and we will confirm motor data settings. For long cable runs or older drives we may recommend an output reactor — the check is free either way.
Do you match existing mounting dimensions for replacements?
Yes. Send the old motor’s frame designation or a photo of the nameplate area and mounting feet, and we quote a drop-in match including shaft height, flange and shaft diameter.
What documentation ships with an order?
Every motor ships with its routine test record and mounting drawing. Drive cabinets add as-built wiring diagrams and a commissioning checklist. Material traceability documents are available on request at order stage.
What are typical lead times?
Standard motors and drives ship from stock or within 2–4 weeks. Engineered items — liquid-cooled motors, drive cabinets, hazardous-duty designs — typically run 6–10 weeks; the quotation states the committed date.
Do you support motors from other brands?
Routinely. Rewinds, bearing and seal specifications, encoder retrofits and drive matching for existing fleets are everyday work for our service desk.
