Every motor that leaves our plant has already run — under load, on our bench, with its numbers recorded. This page summarises how that habit is organised.
Materials and winding
Electrical steel and magnet wire arrive with mill certificates and stay traceable through the stator. Windings are vacuum pressure impregnated and surge-tested before assembly closes anything up.
Machining and assembly
Shafts, end shields and housings are machined in-house so fits are cut, not hoped for. Bearings are heated, never hammered, and rotors are balanced before they meet their stators.
Routine testing
Every unit passes a routine test: winding resistance, insulation, no-load current, vibration and temperature rise sampling. Drive cabinets are heat-run tested against their rated load profile.
Documentation
- Routine test record per serial number.
- Dimension and mounting drawings per order.
- Wiring diagrams and commissioning checklists for drive systems.
