Wound and load-tested in Coppervale

The hard part is holding rated torque at 5 Hz without cooking the windings.

So we load-test at the slow end of the curve with a thermocouple in the winding, and the temperature-rise sheet ships in the crate with every motor.

  1. You send the duty

    Load torque, the speed range it really runs at, starts per hour, and a word about the room.

  2. We size it and draw it

    Motor, gearing and inverter picked together, quoted with the mounting drawing attached.

  3. Winding, machining, VPI

    Stators wound and impregnated here; shafts and end shields cut on our own lathes.

  4. It runs before it crates

    Rise and vibration go on the record against the serial number, then it is packed for the crossing.

Stators are wound here, lowered into the vacuum pressure impregnation tank, then surge-tested before a housing ever closes over them. Shafts and end shields come off our own lathes, so the fits get measured rather than trusted.
