A speaker for a kitchen, a workshop and a garden table. It is not a monitor and it does not pretend to be. The cabinet is small, the passive radiator does the work below about 80 Hz, and the point is that it plays anywhere.

Battery and charging

Fourteen hours at moderate volume from a full charge, over USB-C at up to 30 W. The same socket will charge a phone from the speaker’s battery, which is the sort of feature that either matters to you or does not.

Inputs

Bluetooth 5.3 with SBC, AAC and aptX, plus a 3.5 mm analogue input for anything without Bluetooth. Two units can be paired as a stereo pair over Bluetooth.

Weather

Rated IP67 by the manufacturer, which covers dust and immersion in fresh water. We have not tested that ourselves. [Client to confirm the ingress-protection certificate reference before publishing the rating.]
