Feasibility study
We review your part drawing joint by joint and assess what can be automated, what may need a small design change, and what cycle time you can realistically expect. The output is a clear written assessment you can plan around.
Simulation and cell layout
Before anything is built, the cell is modelled in simulation from your CAD data to confirm torch access, clearances and the overall layout. Problems found at this stage cost hours to fix instead of weeks.
Fixture and tooling design
Fixtures are designed for consistent part location and controlled distortion, so the automation can deliver the same quality on every cycle.
Weld procedure development
Welding parameters are developed and tested on your own material and joint types until quality and appearance meet the agreed criteria — then documented, so the results stay repeatable in production.
Machinery safety engineering
Risk assessment, guarding design, interlocking and the complete safety documentation are part of every project, engineered and verified on the finished machine.
Commissioning and training
The cell is tested at our facility using your parts, then installed, re-validated and handed over on your floor. Operator training covers everyday use, part loading, fault recovery and routine maintenance.
Lifetime support
