Send the pallet, the clear height and the truck. We will send back a layout and the load figures it was calculated at.
The fastest enquiry to answer contains four things: pallet dimensions and gross weight, the clear height under the lowest obstruction, the truck you will work the aisle with, and how many pallet positions you are trying to reach. A floor plan helps, even a rough one.
If you already know which system you want, give us the bay pitch and beam levels and we will quote the sections directly. If you are choosing between selective, drive-in and shuttle, say what the SKU count and daily throughput look like and we will tell you which one the numbers point at.
For an existing installation, tell us roughly when it was put in and whether you have the original load notice. Reconfiguration and inspection start from that document where it exists, and from a resurvey where it does not.
