Camel

$3,180

A soft tan that behaves like a neutral in a room of pale walls.

Ochre

Muted golden pigment. Our most saturated warm, woven to order.

Moss

Grey-green. The easiest colour to live with over ten years.

The Halden is the piece the workroom is built around. Everything about it is deliberately unfussy: a straight track arm with a softly rounded top edge, a back that sits low enough to see over, and a seat deep enough that you can actually put your feet up without apologising for it.

The frame is kiln-dried beech, dowelled and corner-blocked, with an eight-way hand-tied sprung base underneath. Cushions come as a foam core in a chambered down jacket by default, which keeps the corners from ever looking like a box. If you want the sink-in seat, ask for the feather and down blend instead.

Every cloth in the library covers it, and the price moves with the tier rather than with the marketing. Order the swatches first.
