Service & Support

Spares, remote support, planned maintenance and the engineers who commissioned your plant in the first place.

Equipment that cannot be supported is not equipment, it is a liability with a warranty. Everything we sell is designed to be maintained by your team, with us behind them.

Spare parts

Wear parts for every system we have built are held in stock: seals, gaskets, valve seats, sensors, pump internals and control cards. Anything not in stock is made from the archived drawing for that serial number. We have never told a customer that a part is no longer available.

Remote support on the control system

The VatControl cabinet can be reached remotely with your permission, per session, logged. Most control questions are answered inside an hour without anybody travelling. Read-only access for your own staff is standard, so the head brewer can check the cellar from home.

Planned maintenance

An annual visit covers pressure relief valve testing and certification, glycol concentration and pump performance, sensor calibration against a reference, spray ball coverage verification and a full weld inspection on pressure boundaries. It takes a day for a small plant, three for a large one, and it is scheduled around your brewing calendar rather than ours.

Training

Operator training is included with every plant and repeated free of charge whenever you have significant staff turnover. It covers normal running, the cleaning cycles, what the alarms mean and what to do when something is wrong at two in the morning.

Warranty

Two years on the complete plant, ten years structural on vessel shells. Both are written into the contract rather than mentioned in a brochure.

Getting hold of us

During office hours you will reach an engineer rather than a call centre. Outside them, plant-down calls are answered by the on-call engineer within an hour.
