Where should a beginner start?

Do I really need a gooseneck kettle?
For pour-over, honestly, yes – flow control is most of the technique. For French press and cold brew, any kettle works, and your money is better spent on the grinder.
Which grinder setting do I use?
Every grinder ships with a starting chart: espresso fine, pour-over medium, press coarse. Our Journal has a full guide to dialling in from there – two or three brews and you will be home.
How fast is shipping?
Orders ship within 2 business days on tracked services. Orders over $60 ship free.
Can I return gear I have used?
Unused gear returns freely within 30 days. If something failed in normal use, that is a warranty conversation – write to us with photos and we will sort it quickly.
Do you stock spare parts?
Yes – spare beakers, plunger screens, gaskets, burr sets and lids are stocked for every current model. Most spares install at home in minutes with the included guide.
