Description
Copper reaches temperature nearly twice as fast as steel, which is why this kettle has boiled water in workshops and kitchens for as long as anyone has bothered to time it. The spun copper body carries a hand-brazed gooseneck spout and a riveted hardwood handle that stays cool over a flame.
Inside is a smooth tin wash, food-safe and easy to rinse. The copper will darken with use into a proper working patina – a soft cloth and lemon bring back the shine whenever you want it.
