Copper moves heat faster than any ceramic, which means this dripper is at brewing temperature by the time the kettle clicks. Each cone is hammered by hand over a steel form, so the facets scatter light differently on every piece you will ever see.
The interior is finished with a food-safe tin wash, and the rolled rim keeps its shape through years of daily rinses. It develops a warm patina over time – polish it back or let it age, both are correct.
