About Us

Crushing and screening equipment designed, built and load-tested before it reaches a customer site.

Rockspan Crushing & Screening builds the equipment an aggregate operation depends on — jaw, cone and impact crushers, vibrating screens, feeders, stacking conveyors, sand washers, dust suppression and the wear parts that keep it all in the rock. Design, fabrication and load testing happen on one shop floor, and the engineers who spec a machine are the ones who sign off its test record.

What we believe

Crushing equipment makes a blunt promise: start every shift, hold its settings under load, and stay repairable at the site where it works. We design around that promise, load-test every machine before it ships, and write manuals for the people who will actually change the liners, grease the bearings and keep the plant running.

How we are organised

  • Application engineering: feed material, product specification and site layout reviewed on every quote — before any steel is cut.
  • Manufacturing: frame fabrication, machining and assembly run in dedicated cells with in-process weld and dimension checks.
  • Load testing: every machine runs under power on the test bay, and every model earns its settings on working sites before release.
  • Support: commissioning, operator training, wear parts from stock and shutdown-critical service response.
