Crushing & screening equipment

The primary jaw pulls a 1,100 × 850 mm opening shut on every stroke, rated to 420 t/h on blasted rock.

The full circuit moves rock from grizzly to stockpile — jaw and cone crushers, impactors, screens, feeders, stackers, washers and dust control — and every one of them runs under power on our own test bay before it leaves the yard.

Engineered to the Feed

Machines specified to your rock, product curve and site power — not to a catalogue ideal.

Load-Tested Quality

Every unit runs under power on the test bay before it ships.

Shutdown-Critical Support

Downtime calls come first when a primary stops the site.

Site-Repairable Design

Bolt-in liners, commodity bearings and wear kits from stock.

Frame, machining and assembly share one shop floor

Manufacturing

Frame, machining and assembly share one shop floor

Frame fabrication, machining and assembly run in dedicated cells with in-process weld and dimension checks. When one team owns every step, tolerances have nowhere to hide.

Our load testing

How we work

How a feed sample becomes a running plant

Four stages, the same engineers start to finish.

  1. Send feed & product details

Rock type, top size, target gradation and throughput — one email starts it.

  2. Engineering review

We match machines, chambers and media, and quote with specifications.

  3. Build & load test

Built in-house, run under power and inspected against the machine safety file.

  4. Commission & support

Setup, operator training, wear parts from stock and shutdown-critical response.

Heard from the plant floor

The cone arrived with the settings sheet filled in for our feed. First shift on rock and the product curve landed on spec.

A bearing flagged hot mid-campaign and the replacement was on a truck the same day with a fitting diagram. That is what support means during a shutdown.

Our fitters can change every liner on their machines with the crane and tools we already had. Nothing waits for a factory technician.

Every unit runs under load before it ships

Proof, not promises

Every unit runs under load before it ships

Bearings up to temperature, vibration logged, hydraulics cycled at working pressure — on every machine, not a sample. The settings that pass become the delivered defaults.
