What information do you need to recommend a machine?
Three things start every recommendation: the feed material and its top size, the product gradation you sell, and the throughput the plant must hold. Site power and layout constraints refine the recommendation to a committed specification.
How is capacity specified honestly?
Crusher and screen throughput depends on feed gradation, moisture, settings and media, so our specifications state typical ranges under named conditions and note what moves them. Ideal-condition maximums are not a number we trade on.
Will your machines fit an existing plant?
Usually yes. Send the current machine model, foundation drawings or photographs, and the drive details — we confirm mounting, feed height and power compatibility before quoting rather than guessing.
Do you supply wear parts for machines we already own?
Often yes. Liners and media are matched by machine model and serial number. For other brands, send the model and a photograph of the wear part with key dimensions — we confirm fit before quoting.
What are typical lead times?
Stock machines ship within days of order confirmation; built-to-order configurations typically run some weeks depending on options and season. Wear kits ordered ahead of a campaign ship from stock. The order confirmation states the committed date.
What documentation ships with a machine?
Every machine ships with its operator manual, maintenance schedule, spare parts book, load-test record and declaration of conformity. Records stay retrievable by serial number for the machine’s working life.
