The RS-C220 sits behind the primary jaw and does the shaping work: a hydraulically adjusted cone crusher whose chamber options cover coarse secondary through fine tertiary duty. Aggregate producers run it for the cubical particle shape that concrete and asphalt specifications reward.
Closed-side setting adjusts under load from the plant control room, and hydraulic tramp release lets uncrushable steel pass without stalling the circuit or springing the frame. Chamber liners are backing-free and change with the machine in place.
The lubrication skid ships pre-piped with temperature and flow interlocks wired to a plain terminal strip, ready for the plant PLC.
