The RS-VS20 is the sorting table of the plant: a circular-motion inclined screen with three decks that turn crusher discharge into the stockpiles the weighbridge actually sells. The body is bolted, not welded, so vibration has no weld seams to find.
Twin unbalanced-shaft exciters run in oil-bath housings sized for continuous duty, and the stroke adjusts by moving counterweight plates rather than swapping parts. Deck frames accept woven wire, polyurethane panels and rubber blankets interchangeably, so each deck can carry the media its cut point wants.
Feed-box liners and side-plate wear strips are all bolt-in items, replaceable without hot work.
