Which candle should I start with?
Hearthside is the house signature and the safest first jar – warm without being sweet. If you like a fireside mood, choose the Emberwick wood-wick; if you prefer rooms that smell clean rather than cosy, start with Linen & Honey.
Why does the first burn matter so much?
Wax has memory. On the first light, let the melt pool reach the edge of the vessel – usually two to three hours – and the candle will burn flat and even for the rest of its life. Stop early and it will tunnel down the middle.
How do I care for a wood wick?
Snap off the charred top of the wick before each relight – fingers or the trimmer both work – leaving about 3 mm. If the flame gets lazy, the wick is usually too long.

Can I return a candle?
Unburned candles and unopened items return freely within 30 days. If something arrived damaged or burns poorly, write to us with a photo – we replace first and ask questions later.
Are your scents safe around pets?
We use fragrance and essential-oil blends within recommended usage levels, but every household is different. Burn in ventilated rooms, keep candles out of paw-and-tail range, and ask your vet about sensitive animals such as birds.
