Orders dispatch within 2 business days on tracked services. Orders over $60 ship free; smaller orders ship at a flat rate shown at checkout. Candles travel in moulded paper pulp – no plastic fill.

Returns
Unburned candles and unopened items in original packaging return freely within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
Damaged in transit
Photograph the box and product within 7 days and write to hello@example.com – replacements ship immediately while we handle the carrier claim.
Warm-weather shipping
Wax softens in summer trucks. In hot months we ship early in the week so parcels never sit in a depot over a weekend. If a candle arrives with a softened surface, let it stand upright at room temperature – it will settle without affecting the burn.
