What to send
- Rack elevations, or simply the rack count and per-rack power
- Available facility water temperature, if you have a loop already
- The return temperature you need, if heat reuse is in scope
- Any redundancy commitment you have made to tenants or to the business
If you do not have those numbers yet
That is a normal starting point. Tell us what the racks will contain and we will work the load out with you. The energy model and the selection wizard on our home page are a reasonable way to sanity-check an order of magnitude before you talk to anyone.
Existing installations
Support requests from commissioned sites should quote the installation reference on the handover certificate. Critical faults are covered by our 48-hour on-site response commitment worldwide.
