Load profile is the first thing we ask about, before dimensions and before budget. A cabin used four times a week for forty minutes is a different machine from one that runs twelve hours a day, even when the two rooms look identical on a drawing.
Residential and private homes
Compact indoor rooms and garden pods for two to six bathers. The governing constraints are usually electrical supply and noise. Our M180 runs a 4.5 kW heater on a standard 230 V domestic circuit and carries no fan at all — ventilation is passive through sized grilles, so the cabin is silent.

Hotels and resorts
Wellness floors normally combine a dry sauna, a laconium or infrared cabin, and a steam room. Specifying them as one system rather than three purchases pays for itself: a shared controller architecture, one service corridor, one set of spares and one commissioning visit.

- Guest safety: over-temperature cut-outs independent of the controller
- Duty cycle: 14 – 16 hours per day, seven days
Gyms and fitness clubs
The hardest duty we build for. Cabins run continuously, benches get wet, and members are not gentle. Specification changes: reinforced bench carriers, liftable tiers for cleaning, splash-tolerant finishes and a heater bay that can be reached without dismantling the room.

- Finish: no coatings that can blister or be scrubbed off
Spas and thermal baths
Public bathing brings hygiene and water treatment into the specification. Steam rooms get seamless micro-cement shells with no grout lines, falls to a single accessible gully, and automatic descaling driven by an operating-hour counter rather than a maintenance calendar.
