The CX-CS140 produces cubes, strips and flat cuts through an enclosed cutting chamber with interchangeable grid sets. Cut geometry stays uniform because feed pressure, blade speed and grid position are mechanically linked — the dice from hour eight matches the dice from hour one.
Grid sets swap in minutes through the rounded front access door, and every cutting component fits the supplied wash rack so the sanitation crew cleans a complete set, not a loose pile of parts. The chamber floor slopes to a single drain point for fast rinse-down.
The discharge chute matches standard 200-series conveyor infeeds, and a soft-start drive protects delicate products from smearing at startup.
