The CX-CV180 is the connecting tissue of a processing line: an open stainless frame carrying a food-grade modular belt, built so the sanitation crew can reach every surface. Belt lifters hold the belt open without tools, frame members are rounded tube with continuous welds, and feet stand on hygienic rounded pads with clear floor access.
Drives mount outboard with washdown-rated motors, and transfer ends use small-diameter nose bars where products need tight transfers. Side guides adjust on hand knobs with position indicators, so line changeovers repeat without a tape measure.
Sections join into straight runs, inclines and turns from a standard component set, keeping spare parts common across the whole plant.
