The CX-FP110 deposits repeatable portions from a conical hopper through a single servo piston, handling products from thin batters to chunky salads with the right valve set. Portion size adjusts on the panel in weight steps, and the deposit profile — fast, soft or cut-off — matches the product texture.
The hopper, valve block and nozzle assembly lift off in three pieces for the wash sink, with seals that seat by hand. Portions land cleanly because the nozzle retracts as it finishes, cutting tails on sticky products.
The stand rolls on locking castors to serve several stations, and an outfeed sensor synchronises deposits onto trays or a moving belt.
