The CX-WS200 supplies clean-in-place cycles to tanks, kettles and pipe circuits from a compact two-tank skid: detergent and rinse water are heated, dosed and circulated through the process line on a programmed sequence, then verified by return-line sensors before the cycle closes.
Every cycle logs time, temperature, flow and conductivity — the four numbers a hygiene audit asks for — and stores them by circuit name. Programs cover daily rinses, full alkaline washes and periodic descaling without operator chemistry decisions.
The skid connects through sanitary couplings, fits through a standard doorway, and its pump curve covers typical circuit lengths in small and mid-size plants. Dosing draws from standard chemical drums with level monitoring.
