The CX-WS340 washes crates, trays and lids in a counterflow tunnel: pre-rinse recovers the wash of the next stage, the main wash runs recirculated detergent solution over full-coverage nozzle banks, and the final rinse uses fresh water only where it matters. Water and chemical use stay low without giving up wash quality.
Nozzle bank frames swing out for inspection, tanks slope to full-bore drains, and the hood lifts in balanced sections for access along the whole tunnel. A blow-off zone at the exit leaves crates drained and ready to stack.
Speed adjusts to match soil level, and the tunnel is designed for hygienic operation with self-draining surfaces throughout.
