How do I know a basket or box will fit my shelf?
Measure the width, depth and height of the space in centimetres and compare against the dimensions on each product page – we list outer dimensions, and inner ones where lids or rims matter. When two sizes both fit, take the larger; storage fills itself.
Do the fold-flat pieces really fold flat?
Yes – every folding piece is cycled a thousand times on a rig before we list it. Fold along the stitched seams shown on the care card and the piece stores at a fraction of its open size. Reshape it with your hands when it comes back out; a minute of squaring pays back a season of tidy.
Are the materials safe around food and children?
Pantry pieces use food-contact-safe bodies and seals, bamboo is finished with food-safe oil, and fabric pieces use recycled fibre with no added coatings. Woven baskets are natural fibre – keep them dry and they stay wholesome. Small parts like divider caps belong away from children under three.
How do I clean woven baskets?
Dust them with a dry brush or cloth; for marks, wipe with a barely damp cloth and let the basket air-dry away from heat. Never soak a woven basket – the fibres swell and the weave loosens. Liners come out and machine-wash cool.
How fast is shipping?
Orders leave the studio within 2 business days on tracked services. Orders over $59 ship free; smaller orders ship at a flat rate shown at checkout.
Can I return something that does not fit?
Unused items in their packaging return or exchange freely within 30 days – wrong size, wrong colour, changed mind, all fine. Measure first and write to us if unsure; we would rather answer a question than process a return.
