Shipping
Orders dispatch from the studio within 2 business days on tracked services. Orders over $59 ship free; smaller orders ship at a flat rate shown at checkout. Folding and nesting pieces ship compact, so most orders arrive in one right-sized box rather than a parade of parcels.

Returns & exchanges
Unused items in their original packaging return or exchange freely within 30 days of delivery. Wrong size is the most common reason and the easiest fix – the replacement ships as soon as the original is scanned by the carrier.
Damaged in transit
Photograph the box and the item within 7 days and write to hello@example.com – a replacement ships immediately while we handle the carrier claim.
Repairs
Nestfold pieces with a failed seam, frame or fitting inside two years come back to the studio for repair at no charge – write for a label and keep the tidy going.
