How long do the insulated bottles keep drinks cold or hot?
Our double-wall vacuum bodies keep drinks cold or hot for many hours – comfortably through a working day in ordinary conditions. Exact times vary with fill temperature, ice, ambient heat and how often the lid opens, so we describe performance plainly rather than promising laboratory numbers.
Are the materials food-safe?
Yes. Bodies are 18/8 food-grade stainless steel or borosilicate glass, seals are food-grade silicone, and every lid part that touches a drink is BPA-free. Care notes are printed on one line per product because honest materials do not need long instructions.
Can I put Sipwell drinkware in the dishwasher?
Glass bottles go in the dishwasher with sleeves removed, and most lid parts ride the top rack. Insulated steel bodies prefer a hand-wash – dishwasher heat can tire the vacuum seal over years. Every product page states its exact care on one line.
My lid is worn or lost – do I need a new bottle?
No. Lids, seals and straws are sold separately, and the Universal Lid Trio fits every wide-mouth body we make. Keeping a good bottle in service is cheaper than replacing it – for you and for the planet.
How fast is shipping?
Orders leave the studio within 2 business days on tracked services. Orders over $45 ship free; smaller orders ship at a flat rate shown at checkout.
Can I return something that does not suit?
Unused items in their packaging return or exchange freely within 30 days – wrong size, wrong colour, changed mind, all fine. Write to us if unsure before ordering; we would rather answer a question than process a return.
